Landro StudySite Terms of Use
This page represents the terms of a legal agreement between you and IRIS Technologies, Inc. ("IRIS"), makers of Landro products. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this web site.
General Use of StudySite
IRIS grants you permission to access and use the Landro StudySite service, software and technology for your information and personal use. IRIS may, at its sole discretion, withhold this permission from individuals who misuse this service, fail to abide by these terms of use, or in any way interfere with others' use of StudySite.
Under no circumstance, including but not limited to negligence, shall IRIS Technologies, any of its employees, officers or shareholders be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if IRIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
StudySite Content
You may not copy or redistribute any part of the web site or software without the specific permission of IRIS.
You understand that when using StudySite, you will encounter content from a variety of sources, and that IRIS is not responsible for the accuracy or usefulness of the content. That portion of the content which originates with IRIS is accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, all StudySite content is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind. Use of this information is at your own risk.
You understand that IRIS is not responsible for the proper observation of intellectual property rights for the StudySite content that did not originate with IRIS.
You understand that you may encounter StudySite content which you consider to be offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. You are welcome and encouraged to call such content to our attention for possible correction. However, IRIS is not responsible for the presence of this content.
You waive any rights or remedies you may have against IRIS, and agree to hold IRIS harmless to the fullest extent of the law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.
Submission of Content
As a StudySite account holder you may submit content, particularly including video content, to StudySite. You shall be solely responsible for your own content, and any consequences of posting or publishing it.
In submitting content to StudySite, you are granting to IRIS a non-exclusive, royaltee-free world-wide license to use, reproduce, distribute and present the content in connection with the StudySite web site, software and services. You are further granting each StudySite user a non-exclusive license to access, view and use this content according to these terms of use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents and permissions to use, and authorize IRIS to use, any intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and patent rights), in order for the content to be displayed and published within StudySite.
IRIS reserves the right to remove any content that, in the sole discretion of IRIS, is shown to violate the intellectual property rights or personal rights of another individual, party or organization.
Copyright Owners
If you are the owner of a copyright, or the agent of such owner, and you believe that any StudySite content infringes upon your copyrights, please contact us. StudySite may provide specific mechanisms for reporting infringement, and you may also notify us in writing.
